Join us in the green surroundings of our urban farm for a magical ORGANIC food experience.
Our menu changes according to the availability of seasonal products, so every week our Chef’s create new tasty dishes with the best produce the season has to offer and with the vegetables in focus.
Our seasonal menu focuses on organic local greens from our own garden and with the best Producers around from local organic farmers to low-impact fishermen and our dear neighbours Funga Farm who produces mushrooms.. We might serve responsibly raised animal products, however always in a supporting role to our beautiful veggies.
Our low waste initiative guarantees you to see and taste products in ways you may not have expected.
To quench your thirst we have hand-picked the best drinks around, with our main criteria being a shared ethic and production principle. Homemade lemonades, local beers, organic natural wines, and many many more.

A communal dinner (Fællesspisning) at 17:30 where we will pay tribute to the produce in season💚
We will utilize what we have left from the current week in order to reduce food waste, turning it into a feast for the tastebuds.
Bring your kids, so they can go exploring in the garden on our plant-safari and make friends with our chickens
