Join us in the green surroundings of our urban farm for a magical ORGANIC food experience.

Our menu is based on the availability of seasonal organic ingredients, with a focus on fresh vegetables. Our Chef creates delicious dishes using the best produce each season has to offer.

Our seasonal menu focuses on organic local greens from our own garden and with the best Producers around from local organic farmers to low-impact fishermen and our dear neighbours Funga Farm who produces mushrooms.. We might serve responsibly raised animal products, however always in a supporting role to our beautiful veggies.

Our low waste initiative guarantees you to see and taste products in ways you may not have expected.

To quench your thirst we have hand-picked the best drinks around, with our main criteria being a shared ethic and production principle. Homemade lemonades, local beers, organic natural wines, and many many more.

A communal dinner (Fællesspisning) at 17:30, where we celebrate seasonal produce and the joy of sharing a meal together.
